Some of our long-term nursing services & amenities include:
Pulmonary care is the treatment and management of diseases and disorders that affect the respiratory system, including the lungs and airways. We partnered with Columbia Ancillary Services, and are proud to offer Continuous Positive Airway Pressure (CPAP), Bilevel Positive Airway Pressure (BiPAP) and Average Volume-Assured Pressure (AVAP) Support therapies. Under our care at Ridgeview Healthcare, patients can better manage their symptoms and maintain a healthy and active lifestyle.
Complex wound care involves the treatment and management of wounds that are difficult to heal due to various factors such as poor circulation, infection, and underlying medical conditions. Together with Wound Healing Solutions we can properly treat those under our care, no matter how great the need may be.
Peritoneal dialysis is a type of dialysis that uses the patient’s own peritoneum, the thin membrane that lines the abdominal cavity, to filter waste products from the blood. This type of treatment is a good option for patients who are unable to undergo hemodialysis, and those who want more flexibility in their treatment schedule. Under the careful management from our skilled professionals at Ridgeview and with DaVita, a nationally trusted source of kidney dialysis and disease information, you can take comfort in knowing that you are getting the best care.
Our goal is to help you achieve the highest level of independence possible.
When our residents need extra help to recover, the team of physical therapists, occupational therapists and speech language pathologists at the Ridgeview Rehabilitation Center are here to help.
We’ll work with you to understand your unique needs and create an individualized care and rehabilitation plan. With our help, you will improve your quality of life, optimize your well-being and confidently perform daily activities.
Our senior rehabilitation services include:
Enteral nutrition therapy is a medical treatment in which a patient receives nutrients through a tube which is inserted through the individual’s nose, mouth, or directly into the stomach or small intestine. Often, this type of therapy is used for individuals who are unable to eat or drink enough to meet their nutritional needs due to illness, injury, or surgery. At Ridgeview Healthcare, we specialize in this service, and offer it with care and respect for our residents.
Total Parenteral Nutrition (TPN) is a type of intravenous (IV) nutrition that provides all the necessary nutrients for a person’s body, bypassing the digestive system. It is used when a patient is unable to eat or digest food properly for a number of reasons. With the careful management of our skilled staff, TPN solutions can be life-saving.
If you’re a caregiver who needs a break, let us give you a helping hand. We’ll welcome your loved one to our facilities for a short-term stay. They will enjoy the benefits of our communities and be cared for by professional, kind caregivers. Take the opportunity to recuperate so you can be at your best.
We work with our partner pharmacy, Polaris Pharmacy, to provide 24/7 medication services. Pharmacy services include routine daily deliveries and on-hand emergency medication supplies, including intravenous medication.
Admission and monthly medication reviews are conducted by consultant pharmacists who provide on-site services to support our residents.
